daily lives. It is vital that IT leaders recognize the need
to ­attract and retain the best talent available, to keep up
with market movements. They must nurture the wants
and needs of their workers. It is no longer acceptable to
dictate how things should be done and by when. The age
of servant leadership is upon us and this article explores
how to make this work for all concerned.
