Bell Needs Assessment

Q19 Students from the DePaul School Counseling Graduate Program have teamed up with the
Bell Elementary Counseling Department to create a needs assessment (survey) for the
7th grade class. We are asking for your help in completing this brief survey that will give insight
for the counselors to develop and provide future programs/services that will be most helpful to
you and your classmates in regards to managing the stressors of 7th grade. Your identity will
remain private, so please do not type your names on any part of the survey. Answer the
following questions honestly as this will help us to give you the support you need! If you have
