Plaintiff Automotive Body Parts Association files this Notice of Appeal.

2. The party taking this appeal is Plaintiff Automotive Body Parts Association.

3. The judgment being appealed is judgment signed and entered February 23,

2018 (Doc. 74) denying Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and entering

judgment in favor of Defendant Ford Global Technologies, LLC pursuant to Rule

56(f)(1).

4. Plaintiff Automotive Body Parts Association also gives notice of intent to

appeal all orders and rulings which produced or are related to the judgment and

orders specifically referred to in paragraph 3 above, including but not limited to the

order in Doc. 72.
