Deposits and Prepayments


A deposit of the predetermined amount is required within 5 days of your approval to confirm
your event. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your final estimate/invoice
will be produced when a final count is provided 5 days prior to your event. We accept personal
checks, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover or cash and payment needs to be complete prior to
the event. Please make checks payable to Taste! To Go and Catering. In the event your
function's total cost exceeds the total estimate, the difference will be due and payable within 10
days. Should payment not be received at the end of thirty days, a 5% finance charge will be
assessed on the unpaid balance.

Cancellation
The deposit paid to hold the date is non-refundable and non-transferrable upon cancellation of
your event. If your event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your event there will be a
minimum 50% cancellation fee of your estimated total bill. Once your final count has been given
you will be accountable to pay for the entire invoice despite any cancellations.

Guest Count
A firm guest count must be received by the catering office 7 days prior to your event. This
number is not subject to reduction. You will be charged for the guarantee or the number
attending, whichever is greater. If guest count exceeds the final count, a greater cost per guest
will be incurred.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the assumption of your estimated guest count number or higher. If your
numbers go below the estimated number, there will be an increase per guest. Due to the nature
of the food market, our prices can only be guaranteed 30 days prior to your event. If there is a
crisis on one food item, we will make all efforts to use a comparable item in order to keep prices
at the same level.

Tax Exempt
Tax Exempt Groups: Tax-exempt groups must provide a copy of valid state sales tax exempt
certificate prior to event.
Labor Charges
Labor Charges are estimated. If unexpected circumstances arise including but not limited to
extended hours, menu, guest count, additional tasks required at the event, and require
additional labor or hours of operation, additional charges may apply.

Enforceability
In the event Taste! To go has to enter into court to enforce this signed contract, the client
understands they will be liable for the costs associated with enforcing the contract including
court costs, service fees and attorney fees.

terms and the content and the terms are satisfactory and accepted as written.
