Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

 Meatballs:
 -2 lbs ground beef
 -1/4 lb ground pork
 -2 cups of breadcrumbs
 -4 eggs
 -4-5 cloves of pressed garlic
 -1 Tablespoon of garlic salt
 -1 Tablespoon of seasoned salt
 - Black pepper
 -2 Tablespoons of dried basil
 -1 dash of oregano

 Sauce:
 -olive oil
 -2-3 cloves of garlic sliced thin
 1 T garlic salt and 1T seasoned salt
 Black Pepper
 2 T dried basil
 1 dash oregano
 -4 29oz cans tomato sauce (with 4 cans of water)
 -2 15oz cans tomato paste (with 2 cans of water)
 -brown feather bone pork ribs

Directions

For meatballs: combine all ingredients roll into 1 1/2 inch diameter balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins( turn after 15 minutes) then drop into sauce to cook
for the 3 hours. For sauce: saute garlic and featherbone in olive oil ( be sure not to burn garlic) then combine cans of sauce and paste and water, spices and
simmer for 3 hours on stove stirring occasionally.

Serve with pasta of choice and good quality shaved parmesan or romano cheese
