Ingredients
Meatballs:
-2 lbs ground beef
-1/4 lb ground pork
-2 cups of breadcrumbs
-4 eggs
-4-5 cloves of pressed garlic
-1 Tablespoon of garlic salt
-1 Tablespoon of seasoned salt
- Black pepper
-2 Tablespoons of dried basil
-1 dash of oregano
Sauce:
-olive oil
-2-3 cloves of garlic sliced thin
1 T garlic salt and 1T seasoned salt
Black Pepper
2 T dried basil
1 dash oregano
-4 29oz cans tomato sauce (with 4 cans of water)
-2 15oz cans tomato paste (with 2 cans of water)
-brown feather bone pork ribs
Directions
For meatballs: combine all ingredients roll into 1 1/2 inch diameter balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins( turn after 15 minutes) then drop into sauce to cook
for the 3 hours. For sauce: saute garlic and featherbone in olive oil ( be sure not to burn garlic) then combine cans of sauce and paste and water, spices and
simmer for 3 hours on stove stirring occasionally.
Serve with pasta of choice and good quality shaved parmesan or romano cheese
