SUBJECT: Reelection

Our reelection campaign is in full gear and peaking at the right time. We are exceeding expectations as we move towards
victory on March 6th. We have knocked over 22,000 doors and visited with 13,000 voters and continue to do so till
election day. We have made over 12,000 phone calls and talked to 5,900 voters and counting. We completed our "ID"
phase and we are now in "GOTV" mode; our supporters are voting! Utilizing the same tools and tactics used in Senator
Jose Menendez' successful campaigns, 92% of people who have voted so far are in our universe, which means prior to
voting almost all early voters have received four “knocks”, four “calls” and two mail pieces. The rest of our targeted
universe has received eight contacts and counting. So far there is an increase in female turnout over males (besides the
52% - 48% gender gap of females vs. males) and in voters who never voted in an election that had Trey on the ballot.
Besides these encouraging trends, we have a stated "voter preference" (from our ID Phase) of 70% of those whom have
already voted; it's overwhelming for Representative Arevalo.

Funding is another indication of our strong positive momentum, as we have out raised Trey Martinez Fischer in this last
reporting period. Furthermore, over 80% of Trey's money has come from outside of San Antonio and of that, 90% has
come from just 5 donors/lobbyists or attorneys and one family (all outside of San Antonio). Further proof Trey lacks the
monetary and actual support of people in San Antonio and the district.

Our endorsement list continues to grow as we gain significant local support from residents like Senators Jose Menendez
and Leticia Van de Putte, former Mayor Ed Garza (who all live in the district), Annie’s List, AFT, Apartment Association,
Board of Realtors, Farm Bureau, the San Antonio Police Officers Association, SA Professional Firefighters, SA AFL-CIO
Central Labor Council, TSTA, Texas Hospital Association, TEX PAC, Planned Parenthood, and the Texas Society of
Anesthesiologists PAC. The local endorsements and industry endorsements are significant because our district is home to
many of the members of these groups and home to the Medical Center (as an industry they know Representative
Arevalo’s efforts on Public Health).

Lastly, our voter contact and mail program has exposed the misinformation Trey's Campaign has used for the last two
months; "that he's still the state rep" as voters leaving early voting sites approach our volunteers and tell us "he said he
was running for reelection. So I voted for Diana, shame on him".

In closing, we have the momentum, we are on target, on message, and have a clear path to victory. Thank you for your
