nosservidor SGT

To whom it may concern, by agreement.

Attention: This project was in development, complete at 60%, at moment
waiting sponsors and / or independent developers interested in contributing
under the rules described in section 6 – Terms and Conditions of the Rights
and Duties of the Founding Members

1 Project Scope

The purpose of the computerized system is becoming a social network on the

Internet, with global reach and access to any language, in order to facilitate
opportunities for individuals and institutions in the "Gift Economy society" –
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gift_economy . The topology´s final model connections to
the social network to be achieved the model is distributed according to the diagrams
of Paul Baran (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Baran). This model will facilitate the
concept "have what you need when you need", regardless of geographic location
of individuals within the network in their native language, cultural values and personal
interests outside the opportunities presented by these individuals.
Initially, to achieve the goal of "popularity", advertising disclosure mechanisms in
other social networking (app facebook and others) and "word of mouth" will be used
to simulate the model of decentralized topology. This method will be done outside the
functional conditions of the system and should not affect your "modus operandi".

Paul Baran Diagram

The computerized system will also include a statistical measurement of agreement

between these opportunities, information that can be used to verify such
communication and relationships between cultures and countries, in normal cases, or
even time of economic depression and natural crisis.

Human conditions that can possibly be achieved – Collaborate World

nosservidor SGT
 Scientific research academic imprint for the same purpose are held in different
study centers around the world. Because of exaggerated ego of most
scientists dispute coupled with political and financial interests of universities,
experiments are restricted and take much longer to be proven by the scientific
method.

 Much effort and money is spent on industrial research for their brands, if
companies in the same industry to ally a follow up to develop products using
each other's knowledge bases on problems and incidents and good practice
by individual categorization (Example: Category -> Knowledge -> Mechanics -
> Motors: Motor car / urban folk to run 150 miles every day), there is greater
efficiency and reduced costs of products.

 Services are held by different companies, when those who actually performs
the work has been contributor to several different companies serving the same
client. If these service providers came together to create designs and patterns
evolved and more effective, constantly improving on the service of your type of
business, the costs to the end customer would decrease and the quality would
be the largest ever won. Thus, anyone can work for any company in the world
by the Internet, when the company by internet submit the details of the project
(development of social network upgrade, the Ipolos PRO, a new project).

 Materials and consumables should be evaluated by its value in constant use

(GUCV – Global Use Constant Value – mathematical formula theorized and
developed by Dener Pardo in 2003), not its market value because the market
value changes according to mood market and the law of supply and demand.
A pencil with tip broken may remain in the house of a family for many years, as
it was in the drawer and when it was opened there was found a sharpener. A
Montblanc pen bought for $2K being in the same drawer has the same GCUV;
These materials could be distributed to another person in need. A toy is very
important to psycho-motor development of a child and many people keep their
toys childhood throughout life to keep the nostalgia. The GUCV these cases is
zero. The understanding of this concept and application of these practices may
reduce a degradation of the environment by excessive trash, such as the
Great Pacific Garbage and others around the world that are under scientific
study.

 Collaboration at a distance by performing manual labor. An example usage

would be veterinarians extract the blood of endangered species in their natural
locations and send the project "Frozen Ark" Ann Clarke, or gather people
around the world collecting seeds and send the project "Millennium Seed
Bank," saving on transport of seeds, animals and / or researchers.

 Urgency Global communication – Registered users receive broadcast

messages to your SGTand neighborhood – example: sector companies
interests
nosservidor
receive electric or air message center for research activities on solar coronal
mass ejection, saving possibly around 2 trillion U.S. dollars around the world,
resources to the good of humanity in an indirect way before the change of use
of broadcasting. Every type of human opportunity centralized in a unique
communication channel.

 Between the user that offers the opportunity and the user to get the opportunity
(end to end), many others users may interact in this process, so as to help
achieve them by offering transportation and others resources (Example: UV
glasses that is in the U.S. will be delivered to a user in Tibet top mountains
through numerous transport users across the way).

OPPORTUNITIES CONCEPT in the Ipolos Network

Opportunity in Ipolos is anything material, service or feature of affective / emotional

that an individual wants to offer. example:
a) A person wants to offer a bike or just this book because taking up space in
your home. Another person wants to offer a bike because they want to walk
more, or a book you've read. though his home is too big and not have
space problems. In both cases, regardless of their motives and personal
values the end effect is the same – to donate a bicycle or book (opportunity
material);
b) A person wants to provide computer classes altruistically in orphanages
(services opportunity);
c) An orphanage wants to offer the opportunity for individuals to donate
diapers (opportunity affective / emotional vs. material);
d) A person wants to offer rides (lift) in the morning the people who live near it
and do the same or partially the same path; Another individual need a lift.

How we live in a society where everything is achieved from money, is hard to think
the netweaving concept, where the individual does something without wanting
anything in return, simply by doing.
The proposal is that the site will serve as a means of communication without frontiers
of understanding and mediation global ethic to this new paradigm. The gains are
immense to humanity, the example, 1% of products produced in the world saw trash
in 6 months in large urban centers, products in turn can be reused by other
individuals around the world any longer. Help care can happen faster and with greater
range in cases of natural disasters or in cases of wars.

1.1 Assumptionsnosservidor
and Constraints
SGT

 All opportunities are not involved with any type of monetary return, only
services and consumer goods.
 All opportunities are not involved with substances or technologies harmful to
man and the environment, as well as the legal restrictions of each political
division.

1.2 Risks (under evaluation)

Risk Analysis
Riscos Identificados Ação para redução do risco
Hosting Prices Make a projection of growth of the site;
search IDCs and propose partnerships

2 Functional Specification
2.1 Global Features
2.1.1 Multi Language Engine

Multi Language Engine – To all screens, is necessary to be able to access language

choice in the listings under "logon" user (Check the best technical resource to do this
ex.: CSS, BD, metadata, etc.). Initially the languages to be defined are English,
Spanish and Portuguese. The goal is to further demand the inclusion of languages
below (according to their predominance worldwide use), to reach all existing
languages (over 6000):

#1. Mandarin – 1051 million – China, Malaysia and Taiwan.

2nd. Hindi – 565 million – India, northern and central regions.
3rd. English – 545 million – U.S., UK, parts of Oceania.
4th. Spanish – 450 million – Spain and the Americas.
5th. Arabic – 246 million – the Middle East, Arabia, North Africa.
6. Portuguese – 218 million – Brazil, Portugal, Angola.
7th. Bengali – 171 million – Bangladesh, northeast India.
8th. Russian – 145 million – Russia and Central Asia.
9th. French – 130 million – France, Canada, West and Central Africa.
10th. Japanese – 127 million – Japan
