Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Objectives
Assists the Asst. Sales & Marketing Manager in handling and managing promotional efforts, managing collaterals, advertising
both internal and external

Requirements / Qualification
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing Field
Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Public Relations/Business Administration or related fields
Very good interpersonal skills
Computer savvy with experience in handling Social media and have knowledge of MS
Office, CMS, Adobe
Excellent English communication skills and knowledge of any European language will be an advantage
Knowledge of OPERA is an advantage
Experience in the Maldives preferred

Key duties / Responsibilities

Handling social media and updating Resort website
Handling correspondences and enquiries about the resort
Handling trade and media visits by coordinating with other departments
Provide assistance required by Universal Head Office Sales Managers
Maintaining high level of guest service and being proactive in responding to customer’s request
