Sub: Notification and important dates for the Separate Supplementary Examinations 2016

The schedule of the Separate Supplementary Examinations 2016 is specified below :

1.Filling up of the Examination Forms on-line by all eligible students of the following 25 October to
programmes through the website www.makautexam.net and submission of the printed copies of 28th October,
the forms with requisite fees to the Colleges / Institutes : 2016.
(a) 4-year UG courses (7th and 8th semesters) – a candidate can appear for maximum of 4 papers
(b) 3-year UG courses (5th and 6th semesters) - a candidate can appear for maximum of 4 papers
(c) MCA & MBA (PT) (5th and 6th semesters) - a candidate can appear for maximum of 4 papers
(d) MBA (FT) (3rd and 4th semesters) - a candidate can appear for maximum of 4 papers
(e) M.Sc & MHA (3rd and 4th semesters) - a candidate can appear for maximum of 2 papers
(f) M. Tech & M. Pharm (3rd and 4th semesters) - a candidate can appear for maximum of 2 papers

2. Verification of the examination forms filled up online by the College authorities Within 4th November,
2016
3. Submission of the verified list of students duly certified by the Head of the November 07-09,
Colleges/Institutes along with requisite Examination fees by Demand Draft 2016 (within 2:00 pm)
to MAKAUT, WB payable at Kolkata (cash will not to be accepted).
4. Issue of admit Cards to be generated on line through the website 11th November,
www.makautexam.net. . 2016, onwards
The printed copy of the Admit Card must be verified and authenticated by the signed the
college authority. A recent passport size photograph of the candidate is to be pasted in the
marked area of the Admit Card.
5. The tentative date for the commencement of the examinations at the MAKAUT, WB campus
in Salt Lake is 16.11.2016. The time table will be posted on the website shortly.

N. B. Those applying for the Separate Supplementary Examinations 2016 as per the above-mentioned
schedule will not be allowed to apply for Review (PPS/PPR) of the Even Semester Examinations results
2015-16.
