Emergency Action Plan

In Case of Fire
If you spot fire you should:
• Do not Panic
• Call the attention of others by shouting “Fire” or 
“Sunog”.
• Pull the nearest fire alarm.
• Identify your name and report exact location of the 
fire. 
• He will then notify LISP fire brigade and other 
municipal fire stations, if necessary.
• Walk to evacuation area.
• wait for roll Call and other instruction

If a fire alarm sounds while you are in 
your office/Production Area:
• Go to your door and feel the top of the door.
• Shutdown production equipment.
• If the fire is small enough and it’s safe to extinguish 
it, try to do using the portable fire extinguisher. 
Apply PASS technique. As soon as the Fire Fighters 
arrived, evacuate area.
• In the door feels cool, open slowly and exit.
• Do not use elevator incase of fire. Exit via stairways.
• Walk to the evacuation area
• wait for roll Call and other instruction

In case of earthquake:
• Do not panic 
• Stay away from windows and large, unsecured furniture 
or fixture.
• If possible, shutdown all running machine or equipment 
to prevent further damage or hazards.
• After the quaking has stopped, leave the building and 
walk to the evacuation area or meeting place for 
emergencies.
• Shift Supervisor and Team Leaders on duty are expected 
to be the last man to go out of the building. He/She must 
check and secure that no Project Personnel left inside 
the production area.

• Do not re‐enter the building until instructed to do so by 
staff or fire personnel.
• Staff members or qualified and authorized personnel 
turn off electricity, gas and water if necessary.
• Be prepared for aftershocks. They are usually smaller, 
but may cause additional damage.
• An earthquake may trigger the fire alarm system. If it 
rings there may be a fire:
• Implement your survival.  Establish a temporary shelter 
if rescue teams are expected to be delayed.
• Each team leader assigned during at the time of 
earthquake should check and verify the number of his 
personnel to ensure that there are no 
missing/unaccounted personnel.
