II. Feasibility Study

A. Overview of the Existing System

In the Internet café, the customer will tell the attendant to log-in

and chose what particular personal computer number that he or

she will be using and telling also how many hours he or she will be

logging-in or used the computer if is good for only one hour or open

time. After the customer tell this information to the attendant, the

attendant will know what PC number and the time that customer

used the PC. If the customer wants to have an output of his or her

research and wants to be printed the customer will save the

documents in the computer and tell the attendant to print. After this,

if the customer will like to logout he or she will go to the attendant to

tell that he or she will go to log-out and paid the amount that he or

she consumed using the computer and after this , the attendant will
know that the Pc that was used will be free and can be used to the

other customer that would like to log-in.

III. Recommendation

A. Overview of the Proposed System

The customer will go to attendant to enter for surfing or enter for

printing. If the customer enters for surfing, the surfing details from

the customer will be stored to the customer internet surfing details.

If the customer enters for printing the printing details from the

customer will be stored to the customer printing details. If the

customer wants to have some drinks and foods the customer will

go to the attendant to get and have this request. So, the attendant

will enter the product pricelist that the customers get and this

pricelist will be stored to the price details. If the customer will pay

he will get a receipt of all fees incurred and then the customer will

pay and the attendant will get payment.
