‫أ‪ :3‬اﻛﺗب ﻗﺎﺋﻣﺔ ﺑﺎﻻھﺎف اﻟﺗﻰ وﺿﻌﺗﮭﺎ او ﺗم اﻻﺗﻔﺎق ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ ﻣﻊ رﺋﯾﺳك ﻛﻲ ﺗﺣﻘﻘﮭﺎ ﺧﻼل ﻣدة ال ‪ 12‬ﺷﮭر اﻟﻣﺎﺿﯾﺔ او اﻟﻣدة اﻟﺗﻲ ﻏطﺎھﺎ ھذا اﻟﺗﻘﯾﯾم وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻣﻘﺎﯾﯾس و اﻟﻣﻌﺎﯾﯾر اﻟﻣﺗﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ‪ -‬اﻣﺎم ﻛل ﺗﻌﻠﯾﻖ‬

‫‪Part 2: will be filled during the assessment by the assessment department as possible, some points could be filled by the person who will do‬‬
‫‪the assessment, then it will be discussed or edited with the employee in the face to face interview.‬‬
‫أﻋط درﺟﺔ ‪ 5-1‬ﻟﺗﻘﯾﯾم ﻗدرات و ﻣﻌرﻓﺔ اﻟﺷﺧص اﻟﻣراد ﺗﻘﯾﯾﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺟﺎﻻت اﻟﺗﺎﻟﯾﺔ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻣﺗطﻠﺑﺎت ﻋﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﺣﺎﻟﻲ ) ‪=1‬ﺿﻌﯾف‪=2 ،‬اﻗل ﻣن اﻟﻣﺗوﺳط‪ =3 ،‬ﻣﺗوﺳط‪=4 ،‬ﺟﯾدن ‪=5‬ﻣﻣﺗﺎز( اﻟﺗﻘدﯾراﻗل او‬
‫ا‬ ‫اﻋﻠﻰ ﻣن ‪ 3‬ﯾﺟب ان ﯾدﻋم ﺑﺎدﻟﺔ ﻟﻣﺻﺎدﻗﺔ رﺋﯾﺳك اذا ﻛﺎﻧت اﻟﻘدرة ﻻ ﺗﻧطﺑﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻣل اﻟﻣوظﻔﻔﻲ ﻣوﺿوع اﻟﺗﻘﯾﯾم‪ ،‬اﻛﺗب ﻻ ﺗﻧطﺑﻖ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻣود اﻟﺗﻌﻠﯾﻖ‬
‫=‪Give a degree from 1 to 5 to assess the ability and the knowledge in his current work requirements ( 1= Week, 2= below Average, 3‬‬
