“Emotions one of the biggest motivator of human actions. They make you survive,
create social bonds and be moral. Everyone feels emotions in different ways and
everyone constantly feels emotions”
One part of emotions which we decided to look at is laughter, as it decreases stress
hormones and even increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies,
improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins
which are the body's natural feel-good chemicals these endorphins promote an
overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

One big impact on our lives which can affect our emotions is bereavement,
bereavement affects everyone and is our experience of grief when someone we care
about has died. It isn't just one feeling but a range of different emotions which
everyone experiences in different ways. The five stages of grief are denial, anger,
bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up
our learning to live with the one we lost.

Another factor emotions for most people is fitness as exercise is one of the most
effective ways to improve your mental health as exercise promotes chemicals in the
brain that improve your mood and make you more relaxed. Specifically, the brain
releases feel-good chemicals called endorphins throughout the body. Physical
activity reduces anxiety and depressed mood, and enhances self-esteem.
