The National Music Workshop of the Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A Presents “Help Me
Sing”: Music Ministry Conference

The National Music Workshop of the Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A. presents “Help Me Sing” our 2017
Music Ministry Conference, May 19-21, 2017 in Jackson, MS.

The conference will feature clinicians such as Larry Robinson, Director of Worship Arts at the Jackson Revival
Center Church, Inc., recording artist Rev. Seane Kelly, Minister of Music at the First Missionary Baptist Church
in Monroe, LA., and Jessica Eglin, Directress of the Dynamic QDT Praise Dance Ministry.

The conference will be held at Sweet Home COCHUSA in Pearl, MS on Friday and Saturday, with registration
and conference starting at 6 p.m. Registration will be open on Saturday followed by the continuation of the music
conference and ending the day with a 3:30 p.m. workshop presentation. The Music Ministry conference will
conclude with the annual concert at Christ Temple COCHUSA.

Participants will learn new songs, experience workshops on music ministry tips, meet other music ministry
participants from around the country, and perform in the annual conference concert on Sunday Night of the
conference. All of the songs performed at the concert are learned during the weekend conference.

“Over the last year, God has placed on my heart the importance of His Word being the highest priority in the
music ministry,” said Bro. Richard Lee, National Music Workshop director. “Even more important than our style
preferences or song selections, the Word of God should be the driving force of our ministry and our daily lives.”

This year’s conference theme is: “Keeping the Word in Worship.” The National Music Workshop has developed
a music ministry Bible study series that will be available this year’s conference. This Bible study series will serve
as a great resource to Ministers of Music, Choir Directors, Musicians, and Choir Members. The conference will
include other events such as a “Praise Dance Ministry” track and a “Technology in Ministry” workshop.
