3/4 cup castor sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
100gr butter
1,5 cup flour
1/2 cup coco powder
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 egg
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Caranya
Mikser butter dan gula, tambahkan vanilla extract, masukkan telur, bergantian
masukkan buttermilk dan tepung yg sudah dimix dgn bubuk coklat dan soda, b
powder dan garam.

Cukup singkat dan sederhana. Tp rasanya enak, harum dan lembut.

Utk frosting pake buttercream vanilla aja, bisa kasi fondant bunga or butterfly
spt mbak rencakan. Baiknya bikin 2 jenis buttercream, vanilla dgn fondant biru,
ato buttercream kasi pewarna biru dgn hiasan fondant putih. Manis, simple dan
pastinya elegant. Oya utk swirlnya bisa pake yg bentuk mawar. (Wink) mantap deh.
