i) The Applicant states that the Applicant is engaged in the

business of manufacture of compounded Asafoetida (also

called as compounded “Hing”) in its factory at the address

mentioned in the cause title of the present Reference.

(a) The Applicant states that the Opponent is a trade union

registered under the Trade Unions Act, 1926 and having its

office at the address mentioned in the title of the Complaint.

The Applicant states that the Opponent represents all the

permanent workmen employed at the Factory of the Applicant.
