Problem

Engr. Monsod lost a potential client due to an unknown reason why thus the placed order of Mr.

Tapiador was not complied with.

Goals

 Determine where the order of Mr. Tapiador went.

 Determine why their order was not fulfilled.

 Create a system so that this kind of problem will not happen again.

Solution

First, find out what happen to the order placed by Mr. Tapiador. From there analyze how did it

happen and why it was not process. Finally, design a system of communication in which all

personnel concerning in a subject matter will be informed, thus doing this they can avoid the

mistakes done in the case of Mr. Tapiador.
