Warnings
Personal injury and/or damage to the device can result from not following the warnings.

Children must be supervised when operating the device.

Operating the Egg Boiler without water in it can damage the heating plate.
Do not operate if the device is damaged in any way or has been submerged.
Do not move the device when in use.
Do not block the steam vent.
Do not touch the device while in use.

Danger: Risk of electrocution if main unit is submerged while plugged in.

The medium eggs result in an egg with the egg whites set and the yolk still a little runny.
The medium-well eggs result in an egg with the yolk partially cooked through but not runny.
The well-done (or hard boiled) eggs result in an egg with the yolk completely cooked through.

Using the device

To boil egg(s) follow the instructions in Part 3A after the first two steps.
To poach egg(s) follow the instructions in Part 3B after the first two steps.

Warning: Do not operate the device without the lid.

Caution: Hot steam mat come out of the steam vent.

Caution: Metal parts of lid can be hot during use.
Caution: Do not touch the heating plate during or immediately after use.
Caution: Lifting the cover can affect cooking times.

1. Place device securely on a level, heat-resistant surface away from the edge of workplace.
2. Plug the device into an outlet.
3A. Boiling an Egg

For best results: use egg pin to carefully pierce the wide end of the egg

i. Fill water cup to desired level with cold water.

ii. Pour water into the heating plate.
iii. Place egg tray onto the heating plate.
iv. Place desired number of eggs onto the egg tray.

3B. Using Poacher Attachment

Caution: The poaching bowl cannot be directly placed on the heating plate.

For best results: spray the poaching bowl with non-stick spray.

i. Pour preferred amount of water into the heating area.

ii. Place the egg shelf over the heating plate.
iii. Crack eggs into the bowl.
iv. Place poaching bowl on the egg tray.

3. Place the lid on the device.

4. Push the on/off button, and the signal light will turn on.
5. When the light turns off the eggs are ready.
6. Unplug the device and wait until the Egg Boiler had cooled before removing the lid and egg tray.

Cleaning
Caution: Wait until the device has sufficiently cooled before trying to clean.
Caution: Submerging main unit in water can lead to damage and/or malfunction of the device.

All removable parts (measurement cup, egg tray, poaching attachment) are dishwasher safe, but to prolong the
lifetime of the device hand washing is recommended.
