INJF Pesonality Tends to be Excellent Doctors

Quote above is very well know. The quote was writen by the great Chinese philosopher, Confucious.
Confucious thought that working is really stressful when your job doesn’t suitable with your
personality. Therefore, there are many employees who move from their job or even get fired. This is
an interesting discussion. So that We should know the relationship between personality and job.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure
psychological preference in how people perceive the world and make decisions. There are 16 types
of personality in MBTI. The 16 types are typically referred to by an abbreviation of four letters
(Jung,1910).
For instance:
ESTJ(Extraversion,Sensing,Thinking,Judgement), INJF(Introversion,Intuition,Judgement,Feeling).
Being a good doctor is one of the excellent job of INFJ because INJFs has following characteristic,
great feeling that their contribution is meaningful, using their intuitive skills and “natural leaders”.
To be a doctor you must have contribution to the society. The contribution can be a volunteer of a
disaster, giving health education or by helping the poor. For some reason to do those thing is hard
because sometimes doctors don’t get some amount of money. INJFs don’t need much money but all
they want is their meaningful contribution.
In emergecy situation doctors must decide what will they do with the patient so it is really important
to use their intuitive skills. For example, if patient comes with two big wounds in wrist and knee what
will the doctor do first? Of course the doctor will stitch the wound but which wound will be stitched
first? If the doctor takes a long time to decide which one will be first, the patient will have over
bleeding and it can leads to unconsiousness or even death. There for the doctor should decide to
stitch the wound in wrist first because in wrist there is blood vascular system. If this vascular is cut
then the body will have insufficient blood. So this is the reason why the doctor should have intuitive
skills.
INJFs are natural leaders, even though they do not seek nor worship positions of authority, unlike
certain other personality types. They approach leadership roles from the sensitivity and
understanding rather than authority and power. Consequently, INJFs tend to do best careers that
involve a certain degree of personal touch and sensitivity such a doctor.
However deciding the personality and job by four abreviation letter is not 100% accurate. It’s depend
by the person it self. If Someone has big passion on the job they choose altough his personality test
shows that his job doesn’t suitable, sometimes this kind of person tends to get success.
