installation and debugging costs.
Supplier will assign technicians to coach installation and debugging, client will
pay the piper round-trip, accommodations . and pay the subsidy
$70USD/person/day.

PART E : COMMERCIAL TERMS

ⅰ.Delivery time: 20 days after receive clients’ payment.

ⅱ.Payment term: The buyer should pay 50% of the sales proceeds after sign the

contract, another 50% should be paid to the seller after checkout the goods in

seller ’ s factory. the seller should delivery the goods after receive all the sales

proceeds

ⅲ. Valid time: This quotation is valid for one month.

ⅳ .Quality Guarantee Terms:

Quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by

machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other

malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc

will be responsible for clients-self.

PART F: TECHNICAL SERVICE

Training: the technician from seller will train the worker of buyer for operation

of equipment, daily maintain, and have general technical training. Buyer can

send the technician to seller factory to have training too.

PART G: AFTER-SALE SERVICE

One year for free change inner fittings of the export equipment (belong to the

proper quality problem of the equipment or the failure fittings ), seller will sent

the new one immediately until buyer sent back the fittings to us. Seller will

prepare some fittings which is rapid wear to buyer for changing. At the same

time, seller will suggest buyer add to buy some fittings for changing, Guards

against the necessity needs.
