Roles of Ten peRsonnel’s In

the JPS Organizational

1. Vice president of Finance- Direct financing strategies, analysis, forecasting
and budget management. Direct all aspects of accounting operations such as
receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.

2. Manager Insurance- Analyzes insurance needs and provides optimum


coverage, cost terms, and claim settlements for all employee benefits and
organization assets

3. Treasurer- is responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk


management related to the company's financial activities. Principal
Accountabilities: Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and
funds available for investment.

4. Director of External Affairs- are all about managing relationships with an


organization's external stakeholders. For a company, this may
include external shareholders, customers, regulators, journalists and members
of the community.

5. Legal Council- Advise employees and businesses in and out of the courtroom
on a variety of legal matters. This job requires a law degree, with employers
preferring candidates who have specialized in corporate law.

6. Chief Financial Officer- The chief financial officer or chief financial and
operating officer is a corporate officer primarily responsible for managing the
financial risks of the corporation.

7. Executive Assistant- In charge of scheduling meetings, maintaining complex


filing systems and databases, document review and preparation and possibly
overseeing other staff

8. CEO- is the highest-ranking executive in a company, and their primary


responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the
overall operations and resources of a company, and acting as the main point of
communication between the board of directors and corporate operations

9. Security Specialist- maintains an organization's automated security systems


and employee identification card system. Serves as the point of contact
for security system related issues. Provides training to employees on use and
features of security systems. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically
reports to a supervisor or manager

10. Head of risk & Asset Protection- To partner with management to provide
continual risk assessment and in the development comprehensive policies,
procedures, compliance training, protocols, internal investigations, plans and
implements risk management strategies and processes
