SECTION 4 FIRST AID MEASURES

INHALATION
Remove to fresh air immediately. If breathing and vomiting, let the face sideways. If breathing is difficult or not
breathing, let out the clothing and give artificial respiration (or give oxygen). Keep the affected person warm and
at rest. Get medical attention immediately.

SKIN CONTACT
Immediately remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Flush skin with large amounts of water, clean off
with soap and water. Get medical attention if symptoms develop.

EYE CONTACT
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for several minutes and get medical attention.
Part eyelids with fingers to assure complete flushing. Check for and remove contact lenses if easily
possible.

INGESTION
Do NOT induce vomiting. Hazard may increase due to volatile liquid. Get medical attention
immediately. Rinse mouth with water if possible. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
When vomiting spontaneously, incline the body to avoid inhaling to respiratory tract. Keep the affected
person warm and at rest.

MOST IMPORTANT AYMPTOMS, ACUTE AND DELAYED:

This liquid and vapour irritate eyes and skin. High density vapour has anesthetic effect if inhaled or inhaled
1)
persistently. Inflammation of eye and skins, drowsiness and vomiting are observed.

SECTION 5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

EXTINGUISHING MEDIA
Appropriate Extinguishing Media: water fog, alcohol resistant foam, dry chemical, CO2, and dry sand.

CONTAINMENT/CLEAN-UP METHODS
Absorb or cover with dry earth, sand or other non-combustible material and transfer to sealable containers.
Large spills: Dike far ahead of liquid spill for later disposal.

SECTION 7 HANDLING AND STORAGE

HANDLING
Technical Measures
Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat, sparks, and flame. Use explosion-proof electrical equipment. Take
precautions against build-up of electrostatic charges. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Wear
appropriate personal protective equipment. Provide hand and eye wash station near work area. Wash thoroughly after
handling.

Precautions
Use under local exhaust ventilation when handling at high temperatures or if user operation generate dust. Follow
good industrial hygiene practices for clean-up.

Safe Handling Advice

Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Prevent leak and spill. Avoid vapour
formation. Do not fall, drop, shock or drag the container. Avoid contact with eye, skin or clothing. Avoid inhalation and
ingestion. Use only in well-ventilated area or outdoors.

STORAGE
Storage Conditions
