The bad effect of air pollution on the human heart

Currently, air pollution has been very disturbing people everywhere. Many types of air
pollution, such as air pollution due to cigarette smoke, vehicle fumes, smoke from factory
waste. And it's all very dangerous for human health, such as disorders of the lungs, respiratory
tract, eye irritation even according to health experts explain that all this has something to do
with heart disease and stroke. So, in this essay talk about the bad effects of air pollution on the
human heart.

First, tiny particles in air pollution can be disturbing the work of the heart. According to
heart experts Russell (2010), one of the causes of heart disease is bad air in the environment
they occupy from other factors. He explained that bad air has very small particle sizes and
contains harmful substances. And if inhaled by humans can enter the lungs which then cause
inflammation in the lungs da spread to the blood vessels and damage it. It affects the heart's
working system that causes heart disease and results in death.

Second, air pollution can cause abnormal heart rhythms. According to Dockery (2013),
there is a relationship of heart problems with air pollution. He explained that air pollution is
associated with arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythm) and there is one study that suggests that
this usually occurs in the elderly. He also, explained data from WHO, three million people died
due to air pollution. And they concluded the effects of air pollution on the heart rhythm became
abnormal which eventually showed the process of blood clots and results in death.

In conclusion, Air pollution is one of the factors of heart disease that will lead to death.
Therefore, for those of you who live in an environment full of air pollution be careful, use a
mask every time you work to prevent heart disease.
