CANCELLATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Cancellation of Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) made and executed by

and between:

both of legal age, Filipino and presently residing at ____________________________________________,
Pampanga, hereinafter referred to individually as “LESSOR” or collectively as
“LESSORS”;

BEVERLY CRUZ HARIB, Filipino, of legal age, and presently residing at

____________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE”

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the Parties hereto executed a Contract of Lease related to certain real
property located at ____________________________________________
____________________________________________ (the “Leased Premises);

WHEREAS, the parties mutually desire to terminate the said Contract of Lease;

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual

covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of all of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree and covenant as
follows:

1. That the Contract of Lease between the parties dated ___________________

covering the commercial building located at ____________________________________________

hereby canceled, terminated and otherwise deemed null and void, effective as of
the date of the execution of this Cancellation of Lease Agreement; and

2. The LESSORS and LESSEE declare that any and all rights or obligations under
the Contract of Lease dated ______________ are hereby terminated and released,
and the parties hereto hereby fully and completely forever discharge and release
each other from the same.
