Subject: Letter requesting for parking approval:

Dear President,

I am in Block 8 lot 4, Genesis subdivision. I just want to request about the parking space in my area.
Because it takes more complicated with me if I don’t have the authority to use my right to park in front
of my house when still, I am on the right position to park my car on my area. It’s been difficult for us
because our neighbors park their cars in the wrong position.

I, myself would like to convey my gratitude in advance in hope that you will consider and will give
immediate response to my request.
