Ferrari World Theme Park.
- Duties included shop drawing review, RFI response, field observation reports, preparation and execution of
change order requests, material submittal review and comment, and production of sketches and drawings.
- Reviewed building codes and standards (especially NFPA 101, British Standard 8300-2009 and the British
Building Regulations) and directed design modifications accordingly.
- Coordinated with all parties, especially MEP, structural, and design teams.
- Recommended and implemented a new process for drawing review resulting in increased accountability,
expedited drawing issuance, improved drawing quality, and a significant reduction in errors and omissions.
- Performed critical and timely document control functions using the Aconex document management system.

Project Manager - $2 million historic rehabilitation design-build project in Covington, Kentucky to convert derelict
church into office space. Responsible for all phases of work from initial client contact through permitting.
- Documented existing conditions through field measurements and photography. Drafted an accurate
representation of the existing conditions based on field measurements.
- Designed and drafted all project construction documents.
- Successfully represented client before Covington Urban Design Review Board.
- Earned client Renaissance Covington Façade Grant worth $24,780.
