New License Key Delivery for SAP Crystal

Dashboard Design for SAP Business One

PRE-REQUIREMENTS

1. S-User Logon and Password for SMP

2. S-User has rights to request license keys
3. SAP BusinessObjects installation number for order with SAP Crystal Dashboards for B1

REQUESTING KEYS

1. Go to license key request application http://service.sap.com/licensekeys in SAP Support Portal on

SAP Service Marketplace

2. Follow the ‘Request a Permanent License Key’ process to obtain the permanent key.

3. The link ‘Search an installation’ will start the request process

a. Step 1
Select the Customer for which you want to request the license key and choose the SAP
BusinessObjects Installation number which was created for your order with SAP Crystal Dashboards
for SAP Business One.
b. Step 2
Select ‘New System’ for system setup

c. Step 3
Insert system details

i. SAP Product field option is SAP BusinessObjects Dashboard

Copyright/Trademark
 d. Step 4
Chose the license material and version

ii. License option which lists is ‘SAP Crystal Dashboard Design for SAP B1’
iii. Version is ‘2008’
iv. Select ‘Add’

e. Step 5
Submit the license key request

4. You will receive the license key in an email to your address.
