2. Leading execution of the task Health & safety team and Emergency Preparedness

Ruang Lingkup
1. Ensuring the implementation Health & Safety and Fire Fighting & Emergency
Preparedness Response run well. Assist company in the implementation of related
regulations Health & Safety and Fire Fighting.
2. Planning and executing Health & Safety and Fire Fighting & Emergency Preparedness
Response program.
3. Cooperating with HRD Department in planning and developing training that related with
Health &Safety and Fire Fighting & Emergency Preparedness Response program.
4. Providing implementation Health &Safety and Fire Fighting & Emergency Preparedness
Response instructions for employees, guests and contractors.
5. Holds a planning Health & Safety inspection and other matters that potentially cause an
emergency condition in the company.
6. Leading the conduct of an investigation in case of accident or incident.
7. Giving motivation for employees, guests and contractors in implementing Health &
Safety and emergency preparedness.
8. Responsible for OHSAS 18001 & 6R implementation.
9. Cooperating with P2K3L Team & K3L Committee.
10. Receiving and performing additional tasks that needed from Manager.
11. Coordinating & communicating with other department in implementing Health & Safety
and emergency preparedness.
12. Giving advice and consideration to the leader of the company in the implementation
Health & Safety and emergency preparedness.

1. Managing tasks and responsibilities Supervisor & Group Leader Fire Safety.
2. Planning and executing Supervisor, Group Leader and Operator promotion in order to
develop career according to job demands requirment.
3. Identifying, assessing risks, planning & implementing potential hazard controls resulting
in incident, accident and emergency situation.
4. Inspecting the Company’s equipment and work environment.
5. Stopping or suspending work activities and machinery operations or unsafe equipment
based on the result of inspection and investigation.
6. Giving sanctions for violation related by implementation Health & Safety and Fire
Fighting & Emergency Preparedness Response.
 Supervisor Health and Safety
Tugas Pokok
1. Responsibility to helping Dept. Head implementation Health & Safety system.
2. Leading implementation & reporting tasks Health & Safety team for Dept. Head
Ruang Lingkup
1. Helping Dept Head in implementation Health & Safety system, 6R & Behavior Based
Safety (BBS).
2. Helping Dept Head in compliance implement regulations related Health & Safety, 6R &
BBS.
3. Giving suggestions for Dept Head in plan and implementation Health & Safety program,
6R, BBS and Fire Fighting & Emergency Preparedness Response (EPR).
4. Giving training for employees, guests and contractors that related with Health & Safety,
6R and BBS.
5. Helping Dept Head give implementation instructions Health & Safety, 6R & BBS.
6. Conducting routine inspections of the implementation Health & Safety, 6R & BBS and
other things that potentially causing emergency condition in the company.
7. Conducting and reporting the investigation to Dept Head in case of incident or accident.
8. Helping Dept Head give motivation for employees, guests & contractor in
implementation Health & Safety, 6R & BBS.
9. Make accident statistic & analysis and suggestions for improvement and prevention of
hazard conditions that cause incident or accident.
10. Make monitoring report of OHSAS 18001 & 6R implementation.
11. Ensuring the implementation of subordinate tasks under it goes according to its duties
and responsibility
12. Receiving and executing additional tasks assigned by the manager.
13. Coordinating & communicating with other department in handle the dangers that exist
in the workplace in implementation of Health & Safety.
14. Giving suggestion & consideration for leader company in implementation Health &
Safety.
 15. Checking & monitoring implementation license machine, equipments & new electricity
installation or already installed.
16. Make report implementation Health & Safety in OHSAS 18001 & 6R.
17. Helping Dept Head in implementation that related by Health & Safety.
18. Analysis, planning & install sign that related by hazard in work area.
19. Coordinating with Engineer Department or external if need evaluate & improvement
unsafe condition that found.
20. Join with Fire Fighting Supervisor in group inspection department related monitoring &
improvement unsafe condition that found.

2. Managing implementation of identification, risk assessment, planning & executing
control hazard that potentially cause incident, accident and emergency situation.
3. Setting implementation of inspection equipment & work environment in the company.
4. Coordinating with Dept Head in implementation temporary stop of work activities &
machinery operation or unsafe equipment based on inspection and investigation.
5. Recommendation to Dept Head for giving punishment that related by implementation
Health & Safety and Fire Fighting & Emergency Preparedness & Response.
 Supervisor Emergency and Preparedness Response
Tugas Pokok
1. Helping Dept Head to the implementation of system Fire Fighting & Emergency
Preparedness & Response (EPR).
2. Leading plan, prevention and implementation operation & reporting to Dept Head in
task Fire Fighting & EPR.

1. Helping Dept Head in implementation Fire Fighting & EPR system.
2. Helping Dept Head in implementation regulations related Fire Fighting & EPR.
3. Giving suggestion to Dept Head for plan & implementation Fire Fighting & EPR Program.
4. Organizing of train and simulation firefighters for fire fighting team, employee, guest
and contractor that related by Fire Fighting and EPR.
5. Helping Dept Head for giving implementation Fire Fighting & EPR instruction.
6. Organizing routine inspection of fire extinguishers.
7. Organizing Fire Risk Assessment, analysis & implementation preventive & resolve
potential fire.
8. Reporting to Dept Head Fire Risk Assessment result, analysis result & step by step
preventive & handling potential fire.
9. Helping Dept Head give motivation for Employees, guests & contractors in preventing
the occurrence of fire.
10. Ensuring the implementation of subordinate tasks under it goes according to its duties
and responsibility
11. Receiving and executing additional tasks assigned by the manager.
12. Giving suggestion & consideration for leader company in implementation Health &
Safety.
13. Organizing meeting for evaluate Fire Risk Assessment result, fire simulation and
implementation training fire extinguisher.
14. Traetment and test of equipment fire extinguisher.
15. Installing sign and symbol that related by fire risk & evacuation instruction in needed
area.
16. Coordinating with engineering department or external if need evaluate, improvement &
modification fire fighting equipment in order to always be in good condition.
17. Coordinating with Supervisor Health & Safety in inspection together with other
department related monitoring & improvement hazard condition that found.

2. Managing implementation fire risk assessment, implementation control of danger that
potentially cause a fire.
3. Managing implementation of inspection for fire extinguisher equipment.
