Detailed Features:
Flexible Salary Schedule
 User defined salary schedule and pay date.
 Use bi-monthly, weekly, daily or arbitrary salary schedule (e.g. every 5
days or even 3 days, 5 days then 7 days, etc.).

Multiple Salary Type and Computation

 Salary can be set as taxable or non-taxable (allowance only). No need for
separate tracking of other payment such as transportation allowance, food
allowance, etc.
 Multiple payment type fixed amount per pay period, by the hour or piece-
rate basis. Employee can be paid using combinations of payment type
(e.g. paid by the hour plus a fixed amount per payday, or piece rate plus
non-taxable allowance).
 Salary history. Keep track of increases in employee’s salary.

Robust Piece Rate Salary (OPTION)

 Define individual process with corresponding rates. Process can be further
grouped as task.
 Create product templates to define the list of processes involved for a
particular product. These templates can be re-used whenever a new
production order comes in. Rates can be set as .floating meaning any
changes to individual process rates will be reflected in defined templates .
no need to adjust one by one. Process rates can also be over-ridden
during template definition.
 Monitor per price salary versus order quantity. No excess payments. If job
order is only 100 pieces, maximum of 100 pieces will be paid to workers.

Security Access
 User defined security access. Create groups and users with permitted task
that can be performed.
 Security can be defined by group or individually. Added flexibility with the
use of group security. New users can be set as member of a group and all
the permissions will be inherited.
 Limit access to specific computers. Allow users or groups to run the
program only on selected terminals.
 Hardware Dongle matched to payroll data. Payroll data is secure as only
the included dongle will be able to open it. It cannot be opened by
somebody else using another dongle even if they are using the exact
same payroll software.
 Flexible security access. Enable subordinates to enter salary of new
employees, but not add or edit existing ones.

Working Hours Definition

 Use optional shifts to determine the working hours based on attendance
and break periods. This allows the following scenarios: -Allows the option
of whether punching in before the start of a shift is considered working
hours or not. -Whether punching out after the shift will be considered
overtime or not.
 A special time authorization can be set to override the default settings of
shifts. (e.g. Shift normally ends at 5 pm with no overtime. A date range
authorizing overtime during a busy week can be set, after which no
overtime will be considered again.)
 Define different shifts based on day of the week.
 Flexible break definition, which allows the following: -Mandatory breaks
such as lunch time. Break will be deducted from working hours even if
there is no IN/OUT punch. Suitable for corporations that does not require
punching IN/OUT during such breaks -Window break. Define breaks such
as 20 minutes anywhere between 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. If employee takes
a break over the allotted period or outside the defined times, it will be
deducted from working hours.
 Assign shifts by site, department, shift group or individually. The same
goes for time authorization.
Minimal Setup Time
 No need for extensive setup. The software was designed for ease of
use and maintenance. Simply copy the whole folder into another
computer and continue working. No need to worry about lost setup
disks especially during critical moments such as payroll deadline.
 Simple backup and restore by copying a single data folder. No need to
learn cryptic commands just to back up critical data. A years worth of
data can easily fit into a single USB device.

Government Deductions
 User defined government deduction tables, exemptions and taxation.
 Government deduction (SSS, HDMF and PHIC) can be set on a
specific pay period. Options can be set individually for each type.
Amount can be set to incremental, equal deduction or whole deduction.
