SINGLE & DOUBLE Door type

These sterilizers are equipped with a practical size of cylindrical or rectangular sterilizing chamber and are very

effective to load the volumed loads at a time. Steam supply for sterilizing is smooth because the built-in steam

generator supplies the saturated vapor sufficiently in time and the external steam supply system can be

adopted. The sterilization performance is excellent because the materials to be sterilized are sterilized and

dried by the pre-vacuum and post-vacuum process of the cycle program in the chamber.

The door is locked to seal the chamber airtightly by the steel levers of radial type and especially

in the double door style sterilizer, recontamination after sterilization can be prevented structurally

by unloading the sterilized items in the clean area where is blocked by the bio-seal device and

interlocking system.

The control system with a microprocessor carries out all the process of cycle automatically and controls displaying of the cycle

informations in real time on the message center(LCD), the self-diagnosis function which detects the error occurred during operating the

sterilizer and take an action automatically, and the printer for printing the cycle performance record.

The bacteria-retentive filter which can filter out 99.999% of 0.3 particles filters the outside air flowed in the chamber during the

venting and drying process for preventing the sterilized items from recontamination by the bacteria in the air.

The vacuum system is composed of the water pump, ejector and heat exchanger for exhausting the air or vapor in the chamber and

the sterilizing and drying effect have been improved excellently by powerful vacuum performance, furthermore the noise and troubles

occurred during vacuum process have been minimized.

The chamber door can not open unless turn power switch on and also when there exists pressure in the chamber. The cycle does not

start if the door is unlocked. In case of the double door, the door operation is designed to be not opened both sides together and be

able to open the one side door only when the other side door is locked.

The built-in panel printer prints out the cycle performance record after completing the cycle for analysing the results of sterilization, and

this record is also used for the evidence and traceability for the quality of sterilization afterward.

- The basic cycle programs are generally used and applied to most items to be sterilized.

- Test cycle program is for checking the leakage and residual air in the chamber.

- User can make a special user s cycle program as necessary by changing the parameters such as temperature, pressure, exposure and dry

time of basic cycle programs.

If a trouble has occurred during progressing a cycle, the error code is displayed on the message center(LCD), an audible alarm is generated

and the cycle in progress is aborted automatically for the safety by the embedded self diagnostic program.
