Purpose: This form provides an opportunity for the Site Supervisor to provide constructive feedback regarding the
internship student working for your organization.

Directions: Please complete the form & review the responses with your intern, using the discussion points to further the
learning experience.

Part III: Discussion Points

What were the biggest challenges during this internship? How were these faced?
The biggest challenges during this internship was learning the software and taking the right
steps to ensure efficiency and accuracy of jobs. These were faced by asking questions and
taking time to allocate practicing the software and really understanding the functions under
the supervision of the other audit managers.

What does the supervisor see as the 2 areas of greatest strength and the 2 areas with the most room for growth?

Strengths = 1. Communication/Attitude and 2. Easy to teach/willingness to learn


Room for Growth = 1. Applying technical analysis skills, this will come with more experience,
there is no doubt that Robert will improve in this area with more experience. 2.
Understanding the audit process overall, Robert was able to work on many areas of an audit,
but should increase his understanding of how each area ties to together overall, again this will
come with experience.

What major pieces of advice can you (supervisor) give to the intern as he/she looks to future employment?
Continue to keep a positive attitude and want to learn. Do not get discouraged if you don’t
know something as it takes time to learn. Also, get your CPA as soon as you can as it is a
very valuable tool in the field of Accounting. Be confident in your work, confidence comes
with experience and understanding.

Additional Comments: ___We all enjoyed working with Robert as he was easy going, reliable, and
willing to take on any task.
