A firearm is a portable gun (a barreled ranged weapon) that inflicts damage on targets by launching one
or more projectiles driven by rapidly expanding high-pressure gas produced by exothermic combustion
(deflagration) of propellant within an ammunition cartridge. If gas pressurization is not achieved via
propellant combustion but through mechanical gas compression, then the gun is technically an air gun,
not a firearm.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

The undersigned accuse the person of JAYPEE ROJO y CARO,21 years

old,Single,a resident of P-1 Brgy.Lag-on Daet Camarines Norte for Violation of Article
294 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines,committed as follows:

“That on December 11,2017 at about 5:00 in the afternoon at P-1 Brgy.Lag-on

Daet Camarines Norte,Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable office,the
aboved named accuse did then and there,willfully,unlawfully and feloniously rob the
Loptop HP of a man came out from the house of Mr.JAYSON ZANO y MARABE,22
y/o,Single,of p-1 Brgy. Lag-on Daet Camarines Norte,when he get’s inside his house his
money was gone too,a not more than P5,000 pesos.Which acts constitute a violation of
Article 294 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.
