The Importance of Filtration

In order to increase the life quality of the people and acquire the needed air quality in demanded place necessary
segregations should be performed like capturing the particles, powder,dust and etc and decrease the viruses and
bacteria in the supply air by using appropriate filters.Replacement of the filters in air conditioning systems is also as
important as using an air filter.

Description
Made of %100 polyester fibres with nonwoven structure which can be used for wide range of air conditions.Roll Max filter
media is primarily used as a prefilter for more expensive final filters, often extending the life-cycle of these final filters by
50% or more. RollMax filters consist of highly elastic, tense, randomly arranged fibres. With decreasing fibrethickness, the
filter medium becomes denserand finer towards the clean air side (progressive construction), whereby high level of
separation and high dust accumulation capacity are achieved.The materials are nonflammable, self-extinguishing and
harmless to health.

Description
Reticulated polyurethane foam is available in varying densities designated from 10ppi to 45ppi.(pores per inch). POLFIL
material can be used in any practical thickness and the range of pore sizes available covers a wide area of efficiencies,
particularly since different porosities can be bonded together in tandem to produce the desired efficiency using a graded
filtration mechanism.
