KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

I, CANCIANILA D.BAUTISTA, Filipino, legal age, widow with residence and post office
address at Zurbito Street, Barangay Pating, Masbate City, Province of Masbate, Philippines; hereinafter
referred to as the VENDOR,
For and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS, (Php 155, 000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by the Vendee, GRINGO B.
OLIVA, Filipino, legal age, single with residence and post office address at Rosero St. Barangay
Poblacion West, Milagros, Province of Masbate, Philippines;
Do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto said
Vendee, GRINGO B. OLIVA his heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of agricultural land with an
area of EIGHTY (80) SQUARE METERS, together with the improvements thereon, situated at
Barangay Tugbo, Mobo, Province of Masbate, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
TAX DECLARATION NO. 7183
A portion of Agricultural land in the name of the herein vendor, CANCIANILA D.
BAUTISTA, situated at Barangay Tugbo, Mobo, Province of Masbate covering an area of EIGHTY
(80) SQUARE METERS from the lot covered by this Tax Declaration No. 7183 and whose
boundaries are as follows:
NW: REM PORTION SE: REM PORTION (Share of Jesus Dela Rosa)
NE: Lot 1803 (J. Dela Rosa now Brgy. Site)
SW: REM PORTION (Eroded Now, Tugbo River)

That I hereby warrant my title over the parcel of land, with an area of EIGHTY (80) SQUARE
METERS, with full right to dispose the same, free from all liens and encumbrances, and that
henceforth, full right of ownership shall pertain to the Vendee, GRINGO B. OLIVA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this Deed of Absolute Sale this 24th
day of August, 2017 at Masbate City, Province of Masbate, Philippines.
