Title of the Project:

MockShop and ShopShape Software Implementation in an established retail company for

improving the ease of Execution of Visual Merchandising Processes of the Company.

Objective:
To improve the communication between Head Office, Visual Merchandising Team and
the Store by the Implementation of MockShop and ShopShape softwares.

Scope:
1. Understand ShopShape and Mockshop Software and current technology used for the
same in the retail firm.
2. Comparative study of the existing method and the new softwares introduced.
3. Identify challenges and pain areas during the pre-existingVisual Merchandising
process of the company.

4. Redefining the business processusingMockShop and ShopShape and the collective

benefits from both.

5. Analysing the ease of execution introduced by the Applications..

6. Designing questionnaires to enhance communication between the various

hierarchies of the company.

Methodology:
1. Research and Training on MockShop and ShopShape.

2. Studying the current business process and designing their ‘As-Is Process Flow’.

3. Identifying need of the business, pain points and road blocks in the ‘Native VM
process’.

4. Interviewing all levels of VM Executives from HO to Store Co-ordinators

5. Developing Project Execution and Implementation Strategy and Timelines.

6. Developing new VM Process for the client, by designing ‘To-Be Process Flow’.

7. Concluding key benefits to the client, with the reinstatedupgradedbusiness process.
