Solix EDMS Database Archiving

Solix EDMS Database Archiving is a key module in the Solix
Enterprise Data Management Suite (EDMS). It provides data
classification to identify scarcely accessed data that can be
moved to an active archive. It also provides the ability to access

this data in the active archive online from the native application. Should there be a need to update read-only data in the active
archive, Solix EDMS Database Archiving gives you a de-archiving feature.

For the most historical data with in the active archive that needs to be retained only for compliance reasons, the Solix EDMS Grand
Archive feature allows such data to be moved to a user-defined archiving destination, such as the massively compressed Solix Secure
Archive, File formats such as XML/CSV/PDF.
