TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR PART TIME INSTRUCTORS

This contract agreement is between the School of Graduate Studies, Dilla University,
and_____________________________, a part-time instructor with an academic rank of ______________ for
advising/supervising post graduate students working on their thesis/graduate seminar/practical attachment in the
________________________________ program(s) in the _______________ enrollment division at
_________________________ center(s). The normal period of the semester is from ______/______/______to
________/______/_____during which the University will pay the employee the sum
of______________________________________ Birr in __________installments and the payment shall be subject to
income tax deduction.

The rate of payment shall be: Birr 250 for a professor; 200 for an associate professor; 180 for an assistant professor;
and 120 for a lecturer per lecture equivalent hour (LEH).

The university shall not be obliged to make any payments where for any reason the job is interrupted.
