(PLS READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING ANY ITEM/S TO AVOID FUTURE CONFLICT ,
MISUNDERSTANDING & HAZZLE IN OUR TRANSACTION. THANKS)
1.) Deposit - An advance deposit of 50% of total price is required to secure the equipment or services agreed upon. EQUIPMENT
SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED RESERVED UNTIL THE RENTAL OFFER SHEET / CONTRACT IS SIGNED AND THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
The remaining balance is DUE UPON DELIVERY, prior to the start of set-up operations (NO CHEQUE PAYMENTS ALLOWED), unless
other agreements are made, in which case the renter agrees to the payment terms set forth in the addendum. Please deposit your

2.) Electrical Requirements – RSS Group of companies IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING APPROPRIATE ELECTRICAL POWER
unless otherwise specified above. The power requirements of each piece of equipment is one 20 AMP circuit unless otherwise noted
above, and it is the renter's responsibility to ensure that these are met. All items requiring electrical power must be positioned
within 25 feet of the power source. No refunds will be credited for equipment which cannot be operated because the renter's failed
to provide adequate power.

3.) Cancellation / Change of Booking Date, Time & Venue- If a reservation is cancelled / change of booking date, time and venue
before 72 hours (3days) before the date of the event, 50% of the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 72 hours (3days) forfeit
100% of the deposit.
4.) Rain Policy - If an event is cancelled due to rain, RSS Group of Companies must be notified not less than 24 hours before the start
of the event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If within the 24 hours cancellation requirement is met 25% of the
deposit shall be credited to a future event, within the next year. If the equipment is set up and the event is cancelled before the
schedule start time, 50% of the remaining balance shall be due and payable. If the equipment is operating and the event is cancelled,
the full rental charge shall be due and payable.
5.) Permits and Licenses - The renter shall assume the cost and responsibilities of any Permits or Licenses if required by local or city
ordinances.
6.) Delivery Charges- we charge delivery charges P2,000 within Metro Manila. While outside Metro Manila subject to charges
(dependent on the quantity of your orders) P3,500+++.
7.) Food - It is the responsibility of the client to provide meals to RSS Group of Companies duty crews and staffs before the start of
the event. (Meals refers to full meals like Breakfast / AM Snacks / Lunch / PM Snacks / Dinner)
8.) Ingress Time – we only allow 1hr before your event. (Take Note: we can immediately set-up our items). If you wish for an early
ingress / set-up we will charge P500/hr. before the prescribed time of your event.
9.) Egress Time – all our rental items are good for 4hrs only. If you wish to avail an extra hour we will charge you accordingly
(P1,250/hr for Rodeo Star Mechanical Bull Ride, JMS Inflatable & Zorbs > P200/hr for Game Booths, Walking Animals, Ai Dancers,
Snowpy Ice Cream)
10.) Damage - In the event that the equipment is damaged / lost within the client's premises due to negligence of the client or one
of the client's guests, the client will be held liable for it.
11.) Postponement – applicable for a valid reason only, a booked schedule can be reset within 30days only (subject to availability of
items to be rented.)
12.) Cancellation Fee – 50% of your down payment will be forfeited. You must notify us within 5 days before your event.
13.) Waiver - In any cases / situations, RSS Group of Companies will not be held liable to any injury, accident, etc. that may inflict to
the clients' guests, etc while using our mechanical bull ride / inflatable / game booths / walking animals, etc.
14.) Tasking of RS Manpower – my Staff sole responsibility is to ensure that your items rented will operate smoothly. We are not
the caretakers / guardian / babysitter of your guests.
15.) Validity of this Offer Sheet / Pencil Booking – due to so many item/s demand by other clients, this offer sheet is valid for 7days

only from the date indicated at page 1. We don’t Pencil Book. 1 to DOWN PAYMENT = 1 to Reserve Policy.
