After all nominations have been made and request has been made for additional nominees for the third time, have the
members choose between the nominees and make their selections on a paper ballot. You’ll need to have two or three
individuals you trust selected ahead of time to serve as tellers – to collect, tally, and report on the results. While they are
tallying the results, you can proceed with part of the meeting program, such as getting functionary descriptions, etc., but
you cannot go on to the next office until the tellers have provided the results.
