The company-combined portfolio serve our customers by providing an Enterprise Information

Management services; Serving Enterprise Goals through the vision of Governance and
Management of Information and Related Technology as a general management framework
adapting COBIT Framework. Within COBIT framework, we align other many practices such as
TOGAF for Enterprise Architecture, M.O.R for Risk Management, ITIL for Service Management,
Prince 2, MSP, P3O for PPM, ISO 27 for Security Management, ISO 15504/Lean IT/DevOps/Agile
for processes optimization and organizational change enablement steps using Kotter 8 steps of
change.

The IT Service solution provided to our customers as one of enterprises enabler serving the IT
Goals thus serving the Enterprise Goals provided based on IT4IT reference architecture tailored
to an operating model that suits each customer. For customers who seeks implemented

ABS is one of the largest IBM System Reseller and General System Integrator Company in Egypt.
My responsibilities in the company started as Management of Service Operation division
providing the overall ABS Services of Infrastructure Components like Networking, Systems,
Servers, Storage and Business Applications as well as managing a well-structured Service Desk.
More responsibilities added by time as well to cover Business Relationships Management
(Marketing and Sales Activities) and Procurement and general strategic vendor’s relationship.

Operations Director - Standard Data Egypt (now Bayanet)

Started as a Field Service Engineer for the support of newly established services in the company
selling Networks, Servers, Systems, AS/400 Application and general ERP Intel based
Applications. After 3 years, took charge of handling sales operation and then promoted to
manage the whole Marketing and Sales organization.

Tea Computers is one of the early System Integrators in Egypt. In this company, I learned and
worked my first year of experience as a Field Service Engineer supporting and maintaining Data
Point, Data General, CBT and Fujitsu systems.

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS

 MegaSoft managed to re-generate prime best practices serving enterprise information

management like COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 AGILE, MSP, MOP, P3O. M_o_R &
related International Standards like ISO/IEC 20K, ISO/IEC 27K, ISO 21K, ISO 38K & ISO 31K at
the same pace following international market using local Egyptian resources as trainers and
professionals.
 Throughout managing the Education Services in League Technology, the company became
No# 1 company in providing MS and Oracle Technology Education Services to the Egyptian
Market – the company then merged with Synergy and founded Synergy Professional Services
(later acquired by Global Knowledge) which is now one of leading Education Services
providers in the Arab Region.

 Established a service and support contact center in Advanced Business Systems as a starting
goal when managing the Service Operation division. This center brought the company to a
favorite position providing system integration solutions to the Egyptian Market.
 With the technical team in Standard Data, we succeeded to custom-tailor a PC interface cards
for IBM Micro Channel Architecture for special purpose applications for an American firm.
The company afterwards extended this business and established a company in USA.
