1. General remarks

This report refers to a site meeting held on 07/03/2018.


Next meeting will be on 22/03 at 9 am.
Coordination meeting with MEP contractor will be scheduled every Wednesday at 2 pm.

All parties can comment the weekly site meeting minute report until next weekly meeting. If no
comment is received, the report will be considered as approved and all parties will have to sign it.

2. Administrative work

Term of Payment:
LSR: 1st year guaranty (5%). Civil gave bank guaranty to PM 14.02. Client signed on reception to BG.
No paid yet
LBAH: claim for progress February phase 1&2. Progress phase 1 paid on 15.03

3. Drawings

Architect drawings :
Civil plan to issue Swimming Pool schematics & MEP shop drawings before starting work.
See Annex 1 (transmittal register document will be sent by PM on a weekly basis).
Since last meeting, the following documents have been sent by PM:
- 170305.LBAH- 10 Bungalows - Ver A5.17 sent on 06/03
- 180307.LBAH Restaurant - REV D3 sent 09/03
- 180227.LBAH Restaurant - REV D1 (PT3) - RESEND sent on 09/03
- 180309.LBAH Master Landscaping Plan Rev A sent on 09/03
- 180312.LBAH Restaurant - REV D3 sent on 13/03
- 180312.LBAH Garbage Storage Revision A2 sent on 13/03

Shop drawings:

4. Materials
Sith has to submit all architectural items to PM for approval.

Remarks on material specification:
- Sample for LV manhole cover, Septic Tank cover: to be formally approved by TR
- Manhole for outdoor pipe clean out: to be formally approved by TR
- EAL and FAL: sample to be made by wood as per CA dimension.

5. Variation of work

VO7: Submitted by civil on 16/02. Commented by PM on 21/02. Sent to TR on 02.03.18


VO8: Sent by PM on 20/02 (Roof structure only). Sith sent back on 12.03. Re use rafter and purlin.
TR accepted construction work cost only. TR asks Sith to review preliminaries cost.
VO9: Sent by PM on 07/03

Contract deadline is 22/05/18 postponed to 28/05/18 (+6 days). New dead line 10/08/18.

General planning
Delta will be off between 13/04 to 17/04 (Pi Mai Holidays)

8. Mock Up Room
Remaining work: Add locker on Door D5 (1m15), install black fabric to Hid FC Unit, finish access
panel, install stickers on Door D4.

9. Progress of the work


General:
Civil wait for VO signature before starting work on Restaurant Building & Kitchen Building.
Inspection on 32 Rooms starts on 12.03. Postponed to 13.03
Sith will stock Restaurant truss (Old Roof design) that cannot be re used on Client land in front of LBAH.
Sith has to boost painting in 32 rooms + cutting ceiling for trap access installation.

Concrete work:
Concrete test recap table to be revised by Sith on a weekly basis (last revision on 21/03) can be
consulted in the office.
Recap for all 32 rooms to be sent.
Restaurant Bar slab has to be same level as Cover Terrasse. To be demolished and redone.

Sleeves/Septic Tank:
Leaking test to be done before backfilling for underground pipe. CA has to issue test record.

Brick wall/dry wall/moulding:


1m wide brick wall to be done along genset room (for CDU)
Once moulding work completed by building Sith/PM will do an inspection with plastic hammer.
12 Rooms: Civil can do shaft below staircase.

Sith informed PM can not find brick 15cm


Underground brick wall for bungalow (to reduce CDU noise) will be done later. PM has to give the
location.

Cover terrace: columns moulding to be mortar. No wood


12 Rooms: existing wall not aligned civil complained with mortar. Distance between wall and bed table
reduced.

Floor material:
BoH: skirting by ceramic tile change to skirting by cement board
Cover terrace: pebble Wash, red sample to be shown to client and architects

Wooden work:
Sith has to inform how much he can save on shipping cost when using Mai Pao instead of Mai Khen
Huea
Wooden frame at 12 rooms will not be changed but adapt to existing.
BOH : Keep wood connector for small roof (Transformer side) as it is. Oil painting same color as BOH
wall has been ordered.

Door/windows:
PM will issue a summary of lock system for all doors & windows VO6.

Painting:
PM sent Chart color For VO 6 Building on 01.03.18
32 Rooms: civil starts last painting layer inside rooms. To be Mat Color.

Roof:
6B concrete roof structure to be hidden by wood louver on gable wall.
Water collector will be requested to protect ceiling. Sith can prepare sample (black painted)

Ceiling:
Wifi ceiling trap to be installed in dressing or in terrace. No ceiling trap in 32 rooms.
6A: Sith can not installed ceiling because of CA piping in the bathroom PM will comment.

Light/ Fan/ Furniture:


PM requests to client Lights & Bulbs 32 Rooms + Exterior stair light ASAP

Exterior Works
Add open drain with railings between BOH and entry north (opposite side to transformer) and connect
it to Main drain.
PM deleted one manhole between BoH & Gate.
