Kindly find below the comments in the attached drawing. Kindly incorporate the below comments and submit the
revised drawing.

1. Project Title: 66/33 KV Substation at Sonahalli, Bellary, Karnataka. ------------------- We have corrected project
name in all drawings as per your comment.
2. In Flux density Calculation, Detailed Core area calculation to be furnished. --------- Calculation sheet attached.
3. Current density calculation to be provided. -------- Calculation sheet attached.
4. Provide Radiator Manufacture’s Chart for Heat dissipation ------ Calculation sheet attached.
5. Difference in Heat dissipation observed for same dimension of Radiator – Clarify? ----- Calculation sheet
attached.
6. Load Loss should be considered for extreme minimum tap and corresponding heat dissipation to be calculated.
---- Calculation sheet attached.
7. Rail gauge distance should be 1676 mm instead of 1436 mm. ----- We have corrected Rail gauge = 1676mm
8. Inspection cover should be provided on L.V Side. ------ We have provided Item no.25 – inspection cover on LV
side.

 9. Pin Insulator support to be provided for L.V Neutral flat grounding. ----- We have provided Pin Insulator
support for LV neutral flat grounding.
10. Transport Oil level gauge is not shown in BOM. ----- We have corrected BOM with item no. 54 - Transport Oil
level gauge on Dwg Part List no. AT09/1495 Q/A2
11. Air release plug(2 No’) should be provided on Transformer top cover in additional to inspection cover ----- We
have provided 2 Nos. Air release plug on Transformer top cover in additional to inspection cover.
12. Transformer Side Plate thickness should be 8 mm instead of 6 mm. ----- We have corrected Side Plate thickness

13. Only 2 No’s of Top Cover lifting lugs shown in drawing – Confirm? ----- We have confirm that 2 No’s of lifting
lugs for Top Cover
14. Earthing Pads should be provided on diagonally opposite ends of transformer tank ----- We have provided

15. Tinned Copper flat should be provided for Earthing. ----- We have provided item no. 35 Tinned Copper flat for

16. OLTC Equalising pipe and Turret Equalizing pipe should be provided ----- We have provided item no. 58 OLTC
and Turret Equalizing pipe on Dwg Part List no. AT09/1495 Q/A2
17. All Cables should be armored and laid on closed cable tray. ----- We have provided armored Cables and laid on
cable tray with cover
18. All Hardware’s should be HDG. ----- We have provided All Hardware’s shall be HDG hardware
19. Quantity(Weight) of Silicagel Breather should be provided. ----- We have provided 5 Kg & 1 Kg Silica gel

20. L.V Phase CT & Neutral CT should be 300/1 A and 300/1-1 A respectively(Ref Mail dt: 29/11/17 from Mr. Suresh)

Please find the attached Revised Complete sets of Drawings & GTP along with calculation sheet for 12/16MVA, 66/33kV
for your Final Approval with incorporating all your comments as per your mail Dtd: 27/11/2017.

We will submit NIFPS drawings with incorporating comments by tomorrow. We have come to know from Mr. Prakash
of Easun-MR, that Easun-MR have visited M/s. Siemens Gamesa site and M/s. Siemens Gamesa have submit more
comments on Drawings. So Easun-MR will submit the drawings by tomorrow and same to be forwarded by incorporating
all comments.

In the mean time you are requested to send us the final approval on attached drawing along with manufacturing
clearance immediately to proceed further so that we can meet the delivery.

The following points in compile by manufacture before manufacturing

1 GTP need to submit in Manufacturer Letter Head.
2 HV & LV winding STC rating need to mention
3 HV WTI CT Need to Provide
4 Repeater need to provide for HV WTI.
5 HV &LV Neutral flat shall be copper flat .
6 NIFPS Drain valve shall be Gate valve
7 HV Bushing & Neutral CT shall be 200/1-1A with PS
class.
8 LV Bushing & Neutral CT shall be 400/1-1A with PS
class.
9 Arching horn need to provide for HV Bushing
10 HV Terminal shall be bolted type suitable foe Drake
ACSR.
11 Cooler control incomer shall be MCCB .

The following calculation need to submit .
1) Current Density.
2) Flux Density.
3) Heat Dissipation.
4) Short circuit .
5) Painting Procedure .
