ii. Understand longer sequences of supported classroom
instruction by sequencing the evolution of Facebook according
to the timeline mentioned in the text.

 As they present, pupils also give reasons for each rule suggested.

 Pupils share their ideas with the class.

i. Describe future plans or events by writing a paragraph about
the changes or new features they are going to introduce in the
next 5 years as the founder of Facebook.
ii. Connect sentences into 2 coherent paragraphs by using basic
coordinating conjunctions and pronouns.
iii. Spell most high frequency words accurately in independent
writing by rewriting their descriptions with accurate spelling
based on peer feedback.

ELEMENTS
ACTIVITIES  Pupils join 5 sentences on the history of Facebook using
i. PRE-LESSON : coordinating conjunctions and pronouns and rewrite them into 2
coherent paragraphs.
ii. LESSON :  Pupils imagine they are the founder of Facebook.
DEVELOPMENT  Pupils make changes and add new features they are going to
introduce in the next 5 years.
 Pupils add on to the 5 sentences earlier by writing one paragraph
on the changes they wish to make to Facebook.
iii. POST-LESSON :  Peer editing on accurate spelling of high frequency words.
