limited health facilities and it takes at least 16 hours
to reach my hometown, even if the journey is
commenced by airways is having a psychological
impact on me as well as my wife.
Another fact that has complicated the situation is
that my wife is expecting a baby and her depressed
state of mind due to her health condition and our
solitary, secluded life might have an impact on the
baby. In this situation, my worries towards my wife
and her psychological impact on the growth of our
baby, is hindering my attention towards performing
my office duties. In this situation, neither I am able
to give my best to office duties nor taking care of
my wife properly.
In view of circumstances mentioned above it is very
humbly requested that I may kindly be granted
transfer to Delhi Zone on the strength of boards
letter No. A.22015/23/2011-Ad.III.A dated
27.10.2011 which would relieve me and my family
from all the difficulties which we are undergoing
now. For this kind act I as well as my family will be
highly grateful to you.

UNDERTAKING

I, PRANAV KUMAR, am willingly getting transferred on Inter Commissionerate Transfer from


PUNE Zone to DELHI Zone. I am willing to forego my seniority and consequently, I shall be junior to all
the regularly appointed officers in the new Commissionerate/Zone at the time of my transfer. I also
undertake to abide by the other terms and conditions as prescribed under the CBEC’s letter F. No.
A.22015/23/2011-Ad.III.A dated 27.10.2011 for my Inter Commissionerate Transfer.
