♦ To review partner’s program like Education, Health and Disaster
management program in eastern U.P.
♦ Monitoring & Evaluation of program
♦ Gap Analysis of the program.
♦ Monitor project implementation and helping them to address the problems.
♦ Support Implementing Partner’s staff to generate periodical reports to be
shared from time to time with CRS. Analyze the report to improve program
quality and support in promoting institutional learning.
♦ Coordinate and participate in program studies, reviews and evaluations
and follow-up on the findings.
Preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual program
reports.
