Further to our discussions on the above subject, I would like to summarize and
put forth my proposal to align on the common objective.

Understood that your firm is involved in producing programming devices

including mechatronic locks and programmed keys with back up support
services. Your management is desirous of adopting global quality standards
in the production processes and choose to implement the ISO 27001;2018
practices / standards across the Group. The transformation towards
quality focused process enables the team members in identifying and
solving problems includes preventing their recurrence, thereby improving
performance. This further creates quality consciousness and job
contentment among the workforce. The certification would be a value
addition to improve the internal processes commensurate with improved
productivity and profitability.

Towards this initiative, you had approached our consulting services in order
to assess, recommend and support the implementation of the set processes
in alignment with the ISO 27001;2018 Quality norms. Our proficiency and

Our scope of work in this assignment includes the following major tasks:

 Validate the Quality Manual and Process Manual pertaining to the level o
certification.
 Provide training to the Internal auditors and certify.
 Conduct Mock audit to prepare the organization to face the statutory
certification audit.
 Co-ordinate with the certification body during the certification audit in order to
obtain the certificate in the first attempt.

We will follow the below process for this assignment:

1. Review all the existing process documents and suggest the required changes
if any.
2. Validate the revised documents and assist to frame the Quality Manual &
process Manual.
3. Help to derive the Objectives and frame a quality policy.
4. Conduct Quality awareness training for the choosen leaders in turn they can
train other employees.
5. Train the nominated Internal auditors in audit practices.
6. We will reach out to prospective certification body in India with
international reputation, and co-ordinate the certification process.
7. Follow with the agency to obtain the ISO certificate within the timeframe.
As expected by your CEO we would plan to complete the whole project in
3 months with the fullest support of the Management. Towards the
assignment we would like to conduct a diagonistic study by interacting with
the process owners across the organization to assess the prevailing systems
and processes. We will have Individual & Focus Group Discussion with
Leadership Team and Employees. Based on their input, detailed action plan
will be worked out.
Phase I : Documentation and preparation of manuals and formats, shall be
completed in 60 days subject to the availability of major process documents.

Phase III: Certification, shall be completed within 30 days, subject to the
availability of certifying auditor of the certifying body.
