Jitendra: He is alumnus from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has
experience of working with Government, International Organisations and
National Organisation in social development, CSR and on Ethical Supply Chain. As
part of his experience in ethical supply chain he has worked on establishing
systems and trainings on issue of sexual harassment in India and abroad. He is
an international trainer on Ethical Supply Chain and has also conducted trainings
and assessments on the same with brands like GAP, Primark, Superdry, PVH, AEO,
QATAR FOUNDATION, ON SEMICONDUCTOR etc. He was core team member at
National Convention on CSR (Business Case for India's Progress) 2017.
Saiju Chacko: A Development Professional with an experience of almost 13 years
in the sector, of which past 9 years had been in consulting domain wherein have
got exposure to provide consultancy services right from grassroots to
international organizations nationally and internationally. He has gained
proficiency as a facilitator for various capacity building assignments, as an
evaluator, social auditor and social researcher. He has experience of Audits and
training in India and Bangladesh. He has experience of working on various
consulting assignment for over 20 organisations.

Poonam Batra: A seasoned business operation professional with over 10 years of
varied experience in HR & Key-client management. She is an HR professional with
firm grip on social compliance issues. She has worked extensively on
implementing systems to prevent harassment of workers. She come with first
hand experience in managing compliances at factory level and also working as a
third party. She comes with experience of implementing CoC of GAP, Inditex,
Superdry, Tesco, Next, M&S, Ralf Lauren, Ann Taylor, AEO etc.
Jyoti Srivastava (LEGAL): She is a 2006 batch lawyer and is educated from the
prestigious Hindu College, Delhi University. She is now practicing as an advocate
and a legal consultant (Litigation, Corporate Advisory and Arbitration) before
Delhi Courts and outside. She is founder of the Website Indian Law Watch, her
initiative to provide one stop solution to all your legal queries in all areas of law.
She is also a Convener of the Legal & Dispute Resolution Centre of BRICS
Chamber of Commerce & Industry (“Chamber”) as well as the Honorary Advisor of
the Chamber. She has experience of working with reputed bodies like Rainmaker
as their counselor in Chief. She is also a panel mediator with the ICADR.

Manowar Khalid(Environment): Dr M. A. Khalid is currently Professor & Head,
Department of Environmental Science, Dean Student’s Welfare, Member
Executive Committee/Academic Council at Integral University, Lucknow (India).
He is having more than 25 years of research/teaching/training experience in
wildlife, environmental pollution issues, natural resources, climate change,
watershed management, biodiversity, fisheries, carbon credits, remote sensing
& GIS etc; Former Director of India Regional Climate Centre at Sirsi and as
Officiating Director, Europe Regional Climate Centre at Oxford for Earthwatch
Institute UK/India for its 5 year global project on climate change. He has
worked in a number of Watershed development projects like preparation of a
Compendium of “Impact Assessment Study of the Watershed Development
Programme”, for Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural
Development, Government of India, Integrated Watershed Development
Programme (IWDP)-Hills, Punjab World Bank Forestry Project, Watershed Based
Integrated Natural Resource Management in Padavedu region of
Thiruvannamalai District of Tamilnadu – Pilot Project in Padavedu Irumbili
Micro-Watershed at TERI.
