I’m keeping this intentionally vague to allow for flexibility

simplicity is what I think would work
i’d reference the animations from monty python and jan svenkmajer for feel/look

monty python guy for the simple and effective cutoutfeel, the irreverant humor
jan svenkmajer for the diminished pallette, choppy feel, lack of motion blur
pacing is logrithmic; i’ve got a mental pitcure of what it looks like, I don’t know how to rep the
formula

Sections
(clay)
Spin clay to bone, fire, trim bone

(tailor/sow)
lay down base material for muscle, place semitransparent 2d brown wax “muscle form” over material,
pin one side, stretch, pin 2nd side, trim, stitch to ligament/tendon

stretch and attach tendon/ligament/muscle arrangement across bones, remove wax

flex muscles, moving the bone

larger movement/body with an odd gait (like 1 leg shorter, funky hip, irregular muscles, the like)-
desynced arrangement
(circulatory system, nervouse system, bones (+ muscles?))

(surgeon)
organs shown under function, then placed in body, scalples to incise and place, then sow off

(taxidermy)
wrap/give skin, pop in eyes, give/show/accentuate features (scars/fingerprints/mouth, skin tone the
like), toss sun rays and water against it, maybe have it cut then conjeal blood/heal up, demoing
resiliance

(fuel)
pop some hatch on some part of the arrangement, revealing a flame, toss in “memories” rizing the
flame

(mood swing portion)

misconstruction of a dog; dog made from spare parts
some form of indication of brain larger than skull
irrational behaviour- run into a pillar, chomps a kid’s leg
lured dog into back of truck/cab, sits peacefully in a journey, arrives at a field
lead up with slowly pointing gun at a very happy dog; scene cuts to black when sound animation plays,
maybe an image of expanding textures
writing

at first
like a moulder of clay
with the raw marrow of experience, association and interpretation
feel and form bones
these bones harden. We chisel, we fix, we reform.

Then, like a tailor

we sow, we stitch, we trim
sinews, ligaments and muscles stretched across key points of stressors
eyeballing the potential arise

telling you, long distances, quick twitched, clean simple elegance lumbering unbalanced and awquard
and how

then, more surgeons

conjuring organs
scalpels with patient and caring precision
lungs for breath
kidneys and liver to process the toxic things in life
pancreas, for when life is too sweet
stomach to digest, process
heart to determine rhythm

and finally, a taxidermist

to wrap it in
an exersize in subtly
a skin to protect from the elements
scars to communicate
delicate placement of pupils, ears, nose, pigments, textures, fingerprints

to give a fully descriptive story

3 dimensional character, believable
life

and to feed this life further

more marrow for the kiln, fuel the vessels to deliver organs
these become like inanimate children

sometimes, malformed from lack of conscientiousness

it suffers

maybe like an older purebred doberman pincer

maybe its brain cage, too small for it’s now expanding brain and it growls at the pillar attacks
unpredictably at the family it was once so fond of and forgets what eating is and you’re left with telling
your children you’re taking it to the farm
so you lure it to your truck with its favorite tug rope and drive ten miles out in a field and shoot it with
a gun you bought ten years ago but never thought you’d have to use but the poor boy is suffering and
this now leaves you with a deafening silence

wondering

what happens next

it happened so quickly
