Literacy Fair Book Report Project


Due Date: Monday May 14th

Instructions: You
will share a new to you fiction novel you have
read through a storyboard presentation. This is also your last
book report grade for this year – make it count!! A checklist
of all required information for this project is on the back.

Requirements: Your display needs to be on a tri-fold project board. The board


should be the 28” H by 40” W size. Any additional height you add to your project
may not exceed a total height of 30”.
 Story boards should be colorful and interesting. Models, shadowboxes,
and illustrations that fit in the middle of the display are allowed. No items
should hang over the edge of the table or be placed on the floor.
However, students may hold or wear items that coordinate with the
project, if desired.
 Items used for the project are not to be alive, valuable, or dangerous.
 Be creative! Use the examples shown in class as inspiration. Your checklist
for items to include and grading rubric are on the back.

persuade)

________ Theme – message about life that is expressed in the story
