JOSEFA: Good morning, come to the interview for the position available in the company?

SEBA: yes, good morning I'm coming for the vacancy for a civil engineer.
JOSEFA: Ok take a seat (PAUSA) I was watching your resume that I sent to the company but you will understand
that it is not enough to decide whether to hire a person or not ... so tell me about yourself.

SEBA : well... I am 27 years old and I am a civil Industrial Engineer.

I graduated with honors from Harvard University. My focus was on design and so, I am
qualified in the use of the diferent softwares like Java, Anylogic, Power BI.
JOSEFA: and Why are you interested in this Job?

SEBA : I am interested in this job offer mainly because it is an excellent opportunity to

continue learning about different sectors in the industry. This company is focused on
different sectors in the industry or only focus on one?
JOSEFA: Indeed, our company is related to different sectors of the market. Our company is a consultant specialized
in engineering, topography and environmental services. What experience do you have in this field?

SEBA: I have worked in 2 countries that have provided me to learn from the
technological differences and helped me to relate with all kinds of people.
JOSEFA: can you tell me about your responsibilities on your last job?

SEBA: In my former job, I coordinated project designs with other disciplines to

determine resource needs, implement operational procedures, and solve the problems
that were presented.
JOSEFA: It sounds like she is a pretty complete professional and able to lead more people and recudir the problems
that can be presented in a project. What is your greatest strength?

SEBA: Well the strength that represents me most is the leadership as mentioned above,
but also punctuality, used to submit all your projects and assignments way before the
deadline date.
JOSEFA: That is a plus point, punctuality is the most important strength for this work and in itself for all. What are
your plans for the future?

SEBA: Well, first, is to continue learning more about my career, and especially in my
field that is the design.
JOSEFA: In your opinion, what makes it indispensable with respect to the other applicants?

SEBA: Because I learn quite quickly and I have the initiative of own initiative in the
development of design approaches and find out more about projects.
